ITANAGAR, 4 Jul: Governor KT Parnaik has extended greetings to the people of the state, especially to the Apatani community, on the occasion of Dree festival, and expressed hope that the sacred festival would bring abundant harvests, peace, prosperity, good health, and happiness to every home and community.

In his message, the governor said that “Dree showcases the rich cultural heritage, indigenous knowledge, and vibrant traditions of the Apatani people. It is one of the most important agricultural festivals of the community, celebrated with great devotion, cultural pride, and collective spirit.”
