The Department of Civil Aviation deployed an Mi-172 helicopter and airlifted 60 quintals of rice in four sorties on 22 and 23 July. Two sorties of 15 quintals each were made to Giba circle (Lingdam) and Nilling circle, with support from the DFCSO and the DDMO.
