SEPPA, 8 Sep: The East Kameng district-level competition under the Rashtriya Avishkar Abhiyan (RAA) 2026-27 was conducted at Lal Bahadur Shastri Vidya Niketan (LBSVN-II) here on Tuesday.
The programme was organised by Samagra Shiksha/ISSE, District Society, and witnessed the participation of students from various schools across the district. It was aimed at fostering scientific temperament, mathematical aptitude, creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking among secondary-level students.
The competition featured a range of subject-oriented activities, including quiz competition, science exhibition, science congress, and mathematics & science Olympiad.
Students participated in the various events and demonstrated their knowledge, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and innovative skills.
Addressing the participants, Deputy Commissioner Yashaswini B commended the enthusiasm, creativity and confidence displayed by the students throughout the competition.
She encouraged them to sustain the same spirit of curiosity and determination in their academic pursuits, and to continue exploring innovative ideas.
Both Yashaswini and Deputy Director of School Education Tai Tach commended the efforts of the organising committee and the active participation of students from across the district.
The winners of various competitive events were awarded trophies, medals and certificates. Certificates of participation were also given away to all participating students. (DIPRO)
