Through your esteemed daily, we would like to ask the APPSC why and how the mathematics graduates are not eligible for sub-treasury officer's (STO) post when they are eligible for treasury officer (TO) post.

Also, all the optional subjects and their syllabus for both TO and STO are the same. Then why are maths graduates left out from the STO eligibility criteria?

So, we would like to request the APPSC to please reconsider and give mathematics graduates a chance to appear for STO exam also.
