MIAO, 17 Jun: Retired Police Inspector of the Arunachal Pradesh Police, Janardhan Rawat, who served with distinction as the officer-in-charge of several police stations across Changlang district, breathed his last on Tuesday, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, honesty, and selfless public service.
