ITANAGAR, 4 Jul: The All Arunachal Pradesh Youth Organisation (AAPYO) has expressed gratitude to Rajya Sabha member Tai Tagak for forwarding its representation to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, requesting the latter’s intervention and institution of an independent and impartial inquiry into the serious allegations concerning the NERIST.

The AAPYO said that “this timely intervention reflects a strong commitment to justice, transparency, and the protection of one of the premier educational institutions of the NE region.”

The organisation expressed hope that the union education ministry would take prompt action by constituting an independent inquiry, so that the truth is established and public confidence in the NERIST is strengthened.
