TEJAS is a nationwide initiative to identify, nurture, and support aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, and students from non-metro regions by enabling access to resources, mentorship, and institutional support to build scalable ventures.  It is being implemented across 132 districts in India, with strong focus on capacity building, ecosystem development, and expanding access to entrepreneurial opportunities.

This initiative aligns with the government’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat@2047, aiming to create a robust and inclusive startup ecosystem across the country. (DIPRO)
