YAZALI, 15 May: The Yazali Ekta Bhavan was inaugurated in a vibrant ceremony at the police station here in Lower Subansiri district on Thursday, marking a significant milestone in the district’s commitment to community policing.

Highlighting the spirit of growth and shared responsibility, a plantation drive was led by those present, including Deputy Commissioner Shweta Nagarkoti, Superintendent of Police Angad Mehta, ZPC Nabam Piju, and local community leaders.

Yazali PS OC Anurag Chopra described the bhavan as a space designed to bridge the gap between the police and the citizens they serve.

Following speeches by the ZPC, the SP, and others on the power of mutual trust, the event concluded with a high tea, allowing officials and residents to connect and discuss a safer, more unified future for the region. (DIPR)
