ITANAGAR, 16 Jul: Deoghar (Jharkhand)-based global headquarter of the Satsang has donated Rs 1 crore to the Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to support relief and rehabilitation efforts for those affected by the devastating floods in the state.

Satsang assistant secretary Shivanand Prasad, accompanied by local Satsang workers, met Chief Minister Pema Khandu at his office here on Thursday and handed over the cheque for Rs 1 crore.

After receiving the cheque, the CM had a brief and cordial interaction with the Satsang delegation regarding the humanitarian and social service activities of the Satsang organisation, informed the Itanagar Satsang unit in a release.
